Lehigh Course Catalogs

Examining course catalogs gives us deeper insight into how academics has changed over time, reflecting social and cultural progress. In 1953, “Civil Rights” started being offered as a course to students. In 1993, “Race Relations” was a course offered at Lehigh. This reflects the academic freedom of choosing important courses to teach.
