Samuel Huntington

Huntington forwards an Act of Congress and a letter from P. Legras addressing the issues therein. At the time this letter was written, Huntington was serving as President of the Continental Congress of which he was a member for several years. Active in the Early Republic, Huntington served as Governor of Connecticut from 1786 to his death in 1796.
