Josef Albers was a member of the influential Bauhaus group in the 1920s. Interaction of color is a seminal work on color and is still widely used as a teaching tool by art educators. The goal of the text is to develop an “eye for color” in students. It is a practical book that looks at the feelings evoked by color and how one can use color to convey meaning.
