What Makes You Feel Strong & Empowered

"I feel strongest when I am comfortable in my own skin and make my own decisions based on my true beliefs and values. I feel strongest when I can step out of my comfort zone and experience new knowledge about myself. I feel strongest when I stand up for myself in situations where I would not have in the past becuase I was too scared. I feel strong wehn I can reflect on my past experiences and use them to shape who I am as a person."
